Location: Kokkini Hani, Heraklion, Crete, Greece
A hotel is not marketed as a collection of rooms. It is marketed as an experience: the arrival, the light, the landscape, the shared spaces and the atmosphere guests can expect. When the property is still under development, each of those promises has to become visible before it can build confidence or demand.
For PELAMARE, HELIX created a complete hotel 3D visualization package for a new hospitality complex in Kokkini Hani, Heraklion. The production combined the development of a unified 3D model, high-resolution drone and 360-degree location photography, and photorealistic exterior and interior renderings.
The exterior series included panoramic aerial views integrated into real drone photography, bird’s-eye views explaining the overall layout, three perspectives from key guest and shared areas, and atmospheric night scenes with the exterior lighting fully expressed. Interior images presented the Standard and Premium room types, making their scale, materials, lighting and individual character immediately understandable.
By connecting the proposed architecture with its real Cretan setting, the presentation gives Cretan Root a coherent visual system for pre-opening marketing, not isolated images, but campaign-ready material for the website, presentations, digital advertising, PR and sales conversations.
For hotel developers and hospitality brands, that clarity matters early. It helps teams align around the design, gives partners and investors a credible view of the finished property, and allows future guests to understand the experience before the first room is available to visit.
The result positions PELAMARE as a tangible hospitality proposition rather than an unbuilt concept: easier to communicate, easier to remember and ready to start building interest ahead of completion.
