In Glyfada, where urban living meets the character of the Athenian Riviera, this residential development was designed to feel open, refined, and closely connected to the outdoors. Created by 314 Architecture Studio for Omikron Development, the project combines clean geometry, private gardens, rooftop terraces, and elegant interior spaces into a complete residential experience.
HELIX translated this vision into a 3D visualization marketing package that does more than present the building. It guides the viewer through the flow of the project, showing how light enters the interiors, how materials shape the atmosphere, and how the outdoor areas extend the living experience beyond the walls of each residence.
The animation and still visuals helped make the project easier to understand, more memorable, and more emotionally engaging. Instead of relying only on plans or descriptions, potential buyers could immediately sense the scale, privacy, comfort, and lifestyle value of the residences before construction was complete. For a high-end development in a competitive coastal market, this kind of visual storytelling gives the project a stronger identity and a clearer way to connect with its audience.
